What I Offer
I offer psychological assessment and therapy. This mostly takes place online, although occasionally I can see people face-to-face if needed. Therapy is based on the assessment and formulation and so we would agree together on the approach which is likely to be the most beneficial to you, based on your goals, the problem you'd like to work on and anything you've tried previously.

I charge £110 a session (1 hour). I am registered with some insurance companies so you may be able to get reimbursements if you have private health insurance.
Therapy Approaches
I use a range of different therapy models and often will integrate elements of these. The primary approaches I use in practice include:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a therapy approach which enables us to get to know our inner parts and build relationships with them from our core self. It believes we all have an innate healing ability and that we can tap into this to heal old wounds or process upsetting memories.

EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing)
EMDR is a therapy which uses eye movements, taps or tones to help the brain process upsetting memories and access more adaptive ways of thinking/feeling.

Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Compassion focused therapy draws upon evolutionary theory and Buddhist psychology to explain why all humans have tricky brains and introduces a range of techniques including imagery and meditation to support the development of our compassionate mind.

Somatic/Body based approaches
This includes elements drawn from trauma-informed yoga and breathwork.
